Richard Isiaho is a Business Development Services / Organizational Development expert with over thirty years experience. A member of the Board of Fellows at the Kenya Institute of Management, Richard has worked in various countries in the region.
Besides having undertaken various Consultancies in support of MSMEs, Richard was the head of the media team for the Business Market Development Programme (BSMDP) sponsored by DfID. The team developed innovative ways that enabled farmers to gain access to business information through sustainable radio programming. The model developed has been adopted by virtually all radio stations in Kenya. Working closely with Fresh Produce Exporters of Kenya, he developed Kenya’s national Commodity Business Plans for Avocado and Passion fruit with support from the International Trade Centre – Geneva, Switzerland.
Finally, Richard has worked as a Consultant for the BDS Donor Coordination Group (BDCG) in the development of a Strategy on sustainable support for continuous learning such as the BDS conferences and other activities.
